1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the cuci22 online platform, accessible via our official website at cuci22.best as well as the associated mobile application. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the member registration process or use any service provided by cuci22.

Cuci22 reserves the right to modify, update, or add to the terms in this document at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account active on the cuci22 platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. cuci22 conducts an identity verification (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance. Documents that may be required during verification include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months)
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cuci22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account if you have shared your login credentials with another party.

3 Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The cuci22 platform is RESTRICTED TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 18 AND ABOVE ONLY. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to use the services offered by our platform in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Cuci22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close an account while the verification process is carried out. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all existing balances will be returned upon completion of the identity verification process.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Cuci22 supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian members, including FPX, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposit transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through certified payment channels.

• All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name
• Deposits via third parties or anonymous sources are not accepted
• Cuci22 reserves the right to return suspicious deposits following the conclusion of an investigation
• Cuci22 does not charge any fees for deposit processing — any charges are from your payment provider

5 Withdrawals

Cuci22 processes withdrawal requests within 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on your chosen method and account verification status. Members who have completed the full KYC process will enjoy faster withdrawals and higher limits.

The withdrawal conditions that every member must comply with are as follows:

• The account must be fully verified through the KYC process before the first withdrawal is approved
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in the member's own name
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before a withdrawal can be processed
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply according to your current membership tier

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements

Cuci22 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements clearly stated in each promotion's terms. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses at cuci22:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, or device
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash
• Cuci22 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through dishonest means or in violation of promotional terms
• Bonus expiry dates will be clearly stated in the promotional terms — expired bonuses will not be reinstated
• In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail

7 Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Cuci22 members are required to use the platform in a responsible, honest, and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action including account closure without notice:

• Fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical bugs for personal gain
• Owning multiple accounts or using false identities
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the cuci22 platform infrastructure
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access the platform
• Abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct directed at cuci22 staff

Cuci22 works closely with relevant authorities and financial institutions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Cuci22 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or for legitimate internal operational reasons. In cases of closure due to a breach, account balances may not be withdrawable until the investigation is concluded.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the cuci22 customer support team. Before closure is processed, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the registered payment method once identity verification is complete.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The cuci22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, cuci22 makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

Cuci22 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the member's end
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game suppliers
• Losses resulting from failure of the member's own device or software
• Any misinterpretation of gaming or promotional terms by the member

Under no circumstances shall cuci22's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms, Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Cuci22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of emergency or urgent legal requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the cuci22 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties involved. Should negotiation prove unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by cuci22 management.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
